After two years of planning and public input, We are proud to present the draft Ross County Comprehensive Plan. The plan is a long-term strategic document used by local governments and planning agencies to guide a community’s growth and development. A plan guides decision-making, helps secure funding, ensures balanced growth that reflects community priorities, and protects resources while promoting economic vitality. It typically spans a time horizon of 10 to 20 years and addresses a wide range of topics that affect the quality of life, economy, transportation, housing and more.
