E-check lets you make electronic payments from your bank account quickly and easily.  There’s no worrying if the check will arrive on time or get lost in the mail and no sign up or PIN access is required.  You’ll need your bank account and bank routing numbers.  (These numbers are located at the bottom of a paper check.) Transactions completed by 11:59 p.m. on the due date are considered timely and will not be charged a late penalty. The processor charges a $1.50 fee for each bill you pay.  See FEE FOR USE below.

As of 4/1/2022, personal check payments will not be accepted from any payer who has previously sent a payment that was unable to be redeemed by the Treasurer's office. At that point payment must be made by cash, cashiers check or money order. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

CONVENIENT AND FLEXIBLE
This payment method is available globally to anyone with a U.S.-based bank account.  Payments are settled through the same system used for processing paper checks.

FEE FOR USE

To pay by phone, call the toll free number 1-844-970-4100 and follow the instructions.

You will need the following information to complete a payment:

• Your bank account and bank routing numbers.
• The iPayments system allows you to search for the parcels/accounts you wish to pay and will provide you with the amounts due.

The system will:

• Tell you the total of your payment and fee
• Issue an onscreen confirmation number. Confirmation is emailed to users who request it.  For phone payments, you will be given a confirmation number.  Please write down and retain this number.
